1、下料要放出彩钢瓦实样；并根据工艺要求预留制作和安装时的焊接收缩余量及加工余量；

2、钢材平直度、直线度超差的应先矫正，后下料；

4、柱与梁连板及梁端板与梁间开坡口焊，梁、柱板与端板间为Ⅱ级焊缝。

所以在进行彩钢瓦的下料操作时，一定要按照标准进行，如果不按照标准下料，就会造成材料的性能减弱甚消失，这样就得不偿失了。
