    C型钢开发使用中存在的问题

    我国铁路货车上应用C型钢虽然已有十多年的历史,但与俄罗斯、美国等国家相比,在品种和数量上都相差很多,在C型钢的制造工艺和产品装车使用上存在以下问题:一是C型钢作为成品存在较大的内应力。在C型钢加工前期,开卷、滚剪、闭卷再开卷、平板后进行冷弯,增加了内应力。在冷弯过程中,其加工方式属于机械强制变形,成形后势必存在很大的内应力。冷弯后虽然有校正工序,但也只是对型钢外形尺寸予以精确,对消除内应力效果并不大。其成品存放一段时间后时效变形很明显,这说明C型钢确实有很大的内应力存在。二是装车前的处理使C型钢产生较大变形。由于 C型钢交货状态下是没有预涂底漆的,这就要求装车前要进行抛丸除锈处理。

    在除锈、钝化了C型钢表面的同时,也将其内应力进行了释放,造成了弯曲和扭转变形。对那些开口不对称结构,变形尤为明显。三是虽然我国研制的耐候钢力学性能、抗腐蚀性及焊接性良好,但其冲压性能不如普通碳素钢。其制件在弯曲后回弹较大,因此在冷弯时应研究采用合理的工艺参数,以保证产品质量。四是应尽快完善新型C型钢的技术条件。铁路货车在应用C型钢时,应针对各种C型钢的加工制造、使用工况、变形特点等制定相应的技术标准,以适应生产、使用及检验。在现行铁路货车的检验标准上目前还没有针对C型钢的规范。这在一定程度上阻碍了C型钢在铁路货车上应用及开发的进程。
