济南铝复合板与铝单板加工工艺不同。铝单板的生产分为钣金加工和人工喷涂。钣金加工就是把平板铝单板加工成施工所需的形状和尺寸；人工喷涂就是在加工好的钣金上喷涂油漆。而复合板的辊涂一定达到一定量才可以加工。加工过程主要有有化成、涂装、复合和修边四大工序，这四个过程除了修边以外其它都是自动化生产。

The processing technology of Jinan aluminum clad plate is different from that of aluminum veneer. Aluminum veneer production is divided into sheet metal processing and manual spraying. Sheet metal processing is to process the flat aluminum veneer into the shape and size required for construction; manual spraying is to spray paint on the processed sheet metal. The composite plate can be processed only when the roller coating reaches a certain amount. There are four main processes in the process: forming, coating, compounding and trimming. These four processes are all automatic except trimming.

铝单板一般采用2－4mm厚的AA1100纯铝板或AA3003等好的铝合金板，国内一般使用2．5mm厚AA3003铝合金板；铝塑复合板一般采用3－4mm三层结构，包括上下两个0．5mm夹着PVC或PE。铝单板在雷击处容易发生融化，而铝塑复合板由于中间聚乙烯芯层的良好绝缘性，雷击的损害只限于表皮，所以铝塑复合板比铝单板具有更好的抗雷击性能。

AA1100 pure aluminum plate or AA3003 aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 2-4mm is generally used for aluminum veneer, and AA3003 aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 2.5mm is generally used in China; 3-4mm three-layer structure is generally used for aluminum-plastic composite plate, including PVC or PE sandwiched between upper and lower 0.5mm. Aluminum veneer is easy to melt at the place of lightning stroke, and the damage of aluminum-plastic composite plate is limited to the skin due to the good insulation of polyethylene core in the middle, so aluminum-plastic composite plate has better lightning resistance than aluminum veneer.

铝单板是金属的，是不燃烧的；尽管济南复合板加入阻燃材料，防火性能大大提高，但还是容易燃烧。

Aluminum veneer is metallic and non combustible; although Jinan composite board is added with non-toxic flame retardant materials, the fire resistance is greatly improved, but it is still easy to burn.

世界上的铝单板有氟碳喷涂铝单板和辊涂两种，国内暂时还没有辊涂生产线，所以这里单板的加工过程主要是讲的氟碳喷涂生产。

There are two kinds of aluminum veneer in the world: fluorocarbon spraying aluminum veneer and roll coating. There is no roll coating production line in China, so the processing process of veneer here is mainly about fluorocarbon spraying production.
